Today’s animal cam comes to you from the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, Nebraska and features a live view of King, Gentoo and Rockhopper penguins that live in their arctic habitat at the zoo.  This Antarctic exhibit makes some twenty tons of snow every day.  This is a pretty cool cam as it allows you to pan, tilt and zoom.  Just aim anywhere on the viewfinder image, select your zoom preferences and you can get detailed images of the penguins.  Watch the Penguin cam at the Henry Doorly zoo.

This penguin cam comes to you from the Riverbanks Zoo & Garden in Columbia, South Carolina and features a live look at the Gentoo Penguins living in their habitat at the zoo. The Gentoo Penguins are the fastest swimming penguins, capable of swimming 22 miles per hour. On this penguin cam, watch the penguins sitting on the rocks and occasionally waddling by at breakneck speeds. This cam changes to other habitats at the zoo from time to time so it may show another animal in the future.  This cam has live streaming video with sound.

This penguin cam comes to you from the Prague Zoo and gives you a live view of the penguins on exhibit in a naturally recreated penguin environment.  This animal cam has high quality streaming video and is visible in the U.S. during early morning and late evening.  You will need Windows Media Player to watch this cam.

This penguin cam comes to you live from the Indianapolis Zoo in Indianapolis, Indiana and features live streaming video of the penguin exhibit at the zoo.  See rockhopper, gentoo and king penguins in the new Oceans exhibit.  This penguin cam also has remote control so you can move the camera around.  You can use digital zoom to get a closer look as well.

This penguin cam comes to you live from Jenkinson’s Aquarium in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey.  Watch penguins sitting around or swimming in their pool.  Be sure to check out the daily live penguin feedings at 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time).

One of the most remote animal cams in the world comes to you from the German Antarctic Receiving Station.  There are two penguin cams to choose from where you can watch Gentoo penguins.  Each penguin cam has a wide and telephoto view.  These cams are all still images that are updated every 15 minutes.  Considering they went through the trouble to set this up as far away as Antarctica, I don’t think we can complain, can we?

The Penguin Cam at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, MD is brought to you with the help of Warner Bros. to help promote the movie Happy Feet which opened in November. This animal cam lets you take a look at the African Penguins which live at the zoo. This penguin cam has streaming video as well.

Today’s animal camera comes to you from the New England Aquarium in Boston, MA and features African Penguins that you can watch swimming around underwater!  This penguin cam has live streaming video and has remote control so you can pan, tilt and zoom.  Please note if other people are using the penguin cam you will have to wait until your turn to be able to take control.
