Camstreams has an excellent selection of live animal cams with streaming video - and some even have chat. From time to time I feature animal cams from this site if they stay up consistently enough. There are a wide variety of animals here including dogs, horses, cats, birds, mice and more! If you have a pet and a web cam you can start your own animal cam here for free.
