This Koala Bear cam comes to you from the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia, South Carolina and gives you a live view of the Koala Bears living at the zoo. One of the newest Koala Bears living at the zoo is Oz who was born in May of 2007. Other Koalas at the zoo include two females - Lottie & Killarney as well as one male named “Great. You’re in for a treat today, as I’ve finally found a working Koala Bear cam! This one comes to you live from the Taipei Zoo in Taiwan. That’s the good news. The bad news is you will have to be patient and perhaps have a sharp eye to see the Koala Bear. Luckily there are four different cams to try to find him on. Regardless, I’m thrilled to finally find a Koala Bear cam - it seems to be the Holy Grail of animal cams so far!

Since this animal cam is in Taiwan, you may have to watch this cam at night depending on where you live. The cam operates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time in Taiwan, which is from 9 p.m to 5 a.m Eastern Time in the United States. Enjoy!

The Riverbanks Zoo and Garden in Columbia, South Carolina has a busy animal web cam schedule in store for you. Currently the cam is zooming in on the Penguins (by popular demand) until July 6th, 2006.

The current schedule for the rest of the year can be found here. That schedule includes the White Alligator, Tigers, Lions, Grizzly Bears, Sea Lions, Meerkats, Elephants, Giraffes, Koalas, Siamangs and Lorikeets.
