Steve Irwin, known world wide as the “Crocodile Hunter” passed away Monday while filming a documentary off the Great Barrier Reef. He was killed by a stingray, when he was swimming close to the stingray, when its poisonous barb went into his chest. He will be greatly missed by many, and I thought he deserved a mention here.
